Verizon LTE Network Extender

It has come to my attention after many calls to Verizon, they took it upon themselves to restrict access to Verizon LTE Network Extender through {account/devices/manage}. I have no clear explanation to why this is going on or have found any terms of use or service, except to think.

  • False belief to other customers that Verizon is in there area
  • Unauthorized use of private internet  (bandwidth)
  • Verizon will act as if they had no knowledge of this issue

Verizon needs to open back up this function and allow us to control who can or can not connect to this device, as a result at the end of the day they have only done one thing, stolen our internet bandwidth which the last i checked from my internet provider is illegal and ethical.

Now keep in mind I purchsed this back when 2G/3G was a thing and had to upgrade to allow 4G to work and that unit stopped working  and Verizion sent a replacement with no insight to this issue but to say it takes 24Hours for the device to appear on your account.

In closing
Bring customer service back to The United States and get rid of the automated answer, when I call I expect to talk to a live person that I can understand and understand me.
