Verizon's new iPhone 15 Pro ad is misleading. The narrator says, "Trade in any iPhone, any condition, for a new iPhone 15 Pro on us. Only on Verizon." And the accompanying text in very large print says pretty much the same thing.
So, I tried to get the deal, but no dice. Apparently, the deal doesn't apply to me because I'm not getting a new line. Somehow the narrator in the ad "forgot" to mention the part about the new line. (The disclaimer does seem to appear for a few seconds in tiny print in the corner of the screen, but not in a way I could read when the ad played on TV.)
Shouldn't Verizon do better than that?
