Weak cellular signal

We have been experiencing what appears to be a gradual weakening of signal strength at our facility over time (a few years).  Inside my office, I routinely lose signal three or more times per day.  Outside isnt much better with some parts of the facility having difficulty making or receiving calls.  We are looking at a cellular signal booster but, due to the weak signal, the use of a booster may not work.  Zip code is 93306 with the location being in the NE sector of the zip code.  Please review.  Thank you.
