only received 1 trade box and 1 envelope with this tracking number for me and my wife old phones as we are switching over to Verizon. We ordered through online and sales rep who was helping us didn't mention anything about sending phones in a separate box. So, I mailed it using a prepaid ups label provided by Verizon.
And after 3 days, another box arrived at my house. I called Verizon and spoke to two people and they all gave me different answers. Should I be worried? Other similar posts had such headaches dealing with this kind of issue. Any advice? Or help here?
