4G lte keeps getting worse

I switched from sprint to have 4glte network that is suppose to be strong here 42301 and for the first few months it was great, but it has progressively gotten worse, and now unless I'm on wifi is difficult for me to even stream a 5 minute video on YouTube, I have tried restarts and have taken good care of my phone, Is there anything else I can do? I can get this kind of service thru sprint for 40 bucks cheaper every month and be unlimited, but I pay the extra for set data.... (Because it's suppose to be fast). It's showing 3 right now, and I'm in the city limits where I used to have fast 4glte. .. just frustrated I've given it time and this seems to be the new constant 130 dollar phone bill for one phone an d slow data.... Once again sorry for the rant but this is my money and time....

I've tested this across the U.S.A, it's the same, full bars, -82db signal yet services has dropped from 100mb to now at best 5 and if lucky 10mb.

Their engineering focus has switched to min support for 4g LTE, like their DSL copper lines, they are moving on.
