A32 not connecting to network extender

We have a Verizon 4G LTE network extender. All of our iPhones were able to connect to the network extender without a problem. However a Samsung A32 wish originally was purchased in South Africa has been unable to connect. Despite a good Wi-Fi signal there are no bars. Good signal outside of our house.

online it talks about Advanced Calling options, and turning on HD Voice on Android settings but they don’t seem to be available on this phone. Any ideas on how to get the phone to connect?

FYI I’ve toggled on and off VoLTE which supposedly is same as Hd Voice. Still the phone doesn’t seem to be picking up the extender signal. Help!

So that we can see this from your eyes, can you please describe what is happening that tells you that the Samsung Galaxy A32 device will not connect to your Network Extender? What is the response you hear when you dial #48 from the Samsung Galaxy A32 device when near the Network Extender to complete a Network Extender connection call?
