Adding a line

 I have been trying to add a new line to my existing account through  the my Verizon app it has been over a month and 20 purchase attempts that I regret to say that I am still being met with payment roadblocks that NO ONE CAN GIVE ME A ANSWER TO!! Yes it’s a debit card from a major bank, and no I haven’t had any problems with payment being declined anywhere but the new phone line I have been attempting to get for my son. Crazy part and what really upsets me that I spent hours day after day with customer service all saying “Don’t worry “ I’ll take care of you and same ole song and dance and get to the end and Verizon won’t allow the payment. They have even taken the money then returned it multiple times I still have the receipts but yet they will accept the same exact card for my monthly payment ( which is one of the most idiotic things I have ever heard of) If Verizon just don’t want my business id rather you just telling me that.Im at my Witt’s end with this foolishness.

Please elaborate, what exactly happen when you attempt to use your card to process the order payment?

Same thing happening to me.  Verizon accepts my bill payment with my normal card.  I tried to add a new line and Verizon not accepting my order with my card payment. I tried using another card also
