Does anyone know how long this promotion will go? I am eligible for a upgrade Jan 31 and would like to use that upgrade credit towards this promotion.

I didn't see how long the promotion will last until. Maybe customer care would know.

I can not guarantee this, but I was in the VzW store the other night getting my bill straightened out and I asked one of the guys which Droid they had sold more of. He surprised me by saying it was the Moto Droid. I had assumed with the BOGO deals that they had run over the holidays (and the amount of Eris questions on this board) that the Eris would have had been the bigger seller. It was then that he told me they were extending the deal. I'm not sure exactly how long he said it would be, but I'm pretty sure it was at least February, probably for Valentines Day. Like I said, no guarantees, but it looks like you might be OK.
We were due in mid Feb but wanted to go ahead with this deal... my husband went to the Verizon store and asked if they would just do it early. It seems they are happy to keep your business and therefore will accoidate if your upgrade time is within reason. One person said no, then another said they would ask their manager, who said yes. So we upgraded a month early just by asking... Good luck!
I used the promotion it works ok I sent in my rebates tracked them via US Postal service. I tracked them @ the postal service which tracked delivered the next day. called Verizon rebate center 01/13/10 and was advise they had not gotten them entered yet. appearently it takes about 30 days for verizon to make money off my rebates I was told by the customer service agent yes they have gotten them in the mail room but it takes 30 days for them to be entered in the rebate system. which is in the same building as the rebate center. Then the customer service rep told me we get thousands of these in and thats why it takes so long to get them entered into the rebate system. I don't know how true that is but I would like to know if any one else is experiencing long rebate returns PLEASE REVIEW AND ADVISE THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR ALL YOUR HELP

If you call Cust Care since its less than 30 days they can more your date to that day. I do it all the time for my customers. I'm glad to do it if they are nice and its so close
Thanks everyone for the replies. I have another question now. If I do the Buy 1 Get 1 Free deal, can I get it with a 1yr contract? It says it is for 2yr contracts but I am wondering if there is wiggle room for that?
