Caller ID not showing people from Contacts.

When I get an incoming call from someone in my contacts list, it doesn't show the name. Is this because my contacts list is coming from my google account. If so, how do I transfer the list to my 'phone'?

All of my contacts are in my Google account and they display the names when they call.

I have the standard caller ID, but I'm paying for the fancier Caller Name ID.

i don't pay extra & also see who's calling if they're in google contacts!!

JUSLEN51 I can really appreciate wanting to be able to see who is calling, especially if we have them as a stored contact. I do need some more information in order to investigate this further. What make and model device do you have? Is this something that started recently? Do you have the latest software version?
