I have an older phone, Galaxy J3. If someone calls me when my phone is turned off, it does not go to voicemail. Just keeps ringing. It does go to voicemail when my phone is turned on and I do not answer. Any ideas how to fix this? Is this an issue with the phone or with Verizon?
