Allow us to do our best AAA impersonation to get you back into your phone, rs_harper. Our best way to get you back in will be to use the Android Device Manager here: https://www.google.com/android/devicemanager You will log into your Google account connect to your V10. Once logged in on the website, tap the Lock button to set up a new lock password. Once this is in place, see if you are now able to get into your device with the new one.
