Hello Tee811,
It's quite concerning that you're unable to receive calls. We'll do all we can to help. When did this issue first start? Do you happen to know if others in your area are experiencing the same? Also, what is the make and model of your phone?

"I can't receive calls but can make calls, text in and out and use other apps"
Same for me, I even did a factory reset. After factory reset, once connected and before the latest updates ran, the calls worked for me. after the latest update, I do not receive any calls again. Everyone gets ringing and then goes to Voicemail, which I do get those. Texts work fine, calling out works fine. I have the Galaxy Fold 2.

I'm having the same as others on my Samsung A12. No incoming calls get through (2 rings and then voicemail), but outgoing calls, incoming and outgoing texts work. My last software update was on 5/21/22 and I have received calls since then. Seemed to start on 5/28/22.

I am sorry to hear that your incoming calls are not working. If you are still experiencing this issue, please uninstalled the One Talk Dialer app by going into Settings-Apps-One Talk Dialer-Uninstall. Power cycle the phone and let me know how that works.

This happened to me as well and uninstalling One Talk resolved my issue.
Can I please have root cause for what happened that caused One Talk to not allow incoming calls to my device?

I am having this exact issue with my Samsung Galaxy A21 - incoming calls have 2 rings and then go to voicemail, but I don't receive the call.

The resolution (as someone else mentioned) is to remove/uninstall the Verizon One Talk dialer App. This must have been loaded recently because it was not an app I was aware of.
Now I am receiving calls with no problem.

I can honestly think of several causes to make your phone calls not come through, so please share with us what steps you have already taken, as well as please power Off your phone completely for at least five minutes, and then turn it back on manually to see if you can receive calls again - do you have someone who can call you so that we can test this, mwmccrary29?*Stephannie

I went to a Verizon store regarding this. They were the ones who uninstalled the app that got loaded.
I did have someone call before I left the store to make sure the call came through and it did.

I am having same exact problem on my Samsung A12. What was the resolution to your issue? I do not have Verizon One Talk app on my device.
Thanks.

My resolution was the removal of that app. It may be a system app and you have to show system apps to see it and uninstall it.
If that app is not on your phone then you have a different issue than I did. I recommend taking it to a Verizon store to have them look at it. There maybe a different app that got loaded for you that is causing the issue.
Good luck

Thank you @mwmccrary29
After enabling 'show system apps' I was able to find One Talk Dialer. After uninstalling it my phone started receiving incoming calls.
Thanks.
