I don't know if you can do it on the website but you can certainly do it in the stores. I think it will run you about $500. It's not clear to me if your asking if you can purchase and activate it without a contract or purchase it and just walk away. The answer to both is yes. Mind you, no one is going to be especially eager to sell it to you this way as the reps don't really earn any money from such a sale.
