I definitely understand the significant role our devices play in our day-to-day life, and it would be difficult to be happy with anything that's not working. What is the app that used when this error happens? What is the make and model of your Android? What is the zip code where this happens?

We certainly do not want you to lose hotspot access. Let's get to the bottom of this. Have you made any recent plan changes?
