I went on vacation and cannot make any phone calls. I went into the Verizon store prior to traveling overseas and they advised me that my phone was all set for calls/texts overseas at the international rates. Now when I try to make a phone call the reply says "You have call barring activated for this mobile service, please check the call restrictions on your service or account." I have tried a soft reboot but that has not cleared the problem. Any help would be appreciated.
