Dead Zone

I work in downtown Tualatin, Oregon we get no 4G here that effectively works. Apps and other internet bases services will not load. It is frustrating that such a heavily populated area can't get use any data based services here. Please fix. I am happy to share more specific addresses and dead zones.

Does the "dead zone" occur outdoors or indoors or both?

I have the same problem in my house and outside in Hillsboro, OR (97123). There are 5 of us that all have Verizon cell phones and can not use them to call or access the internet on the cellular service. Also, when anyone comes over to the house and they have Verizon, they can not use the cellular service either.
