Droid Turbo I can barely hear my turbo when it rings or alerts

Question

For some reason, my phone was working perfectly fine (with the exception of not being able to use data and voice at the same time) and on 2/26 I did the recommended "up date" and now I can barely hear the phone ring, I can barely hear my text or email alerts, etc.  I have tried turning of/on, adjusting the volumes via settings but still can't get the volume up.  Please help...

To be sure, are you stating you noticed the issue specifically after the update? Is the audio an issue only with device notifications or does it also occur with media played on the device? Any other recent changes since you noticed the issue? New applications or application updates? Does the issue persist in Safe Mode?
