When I turn on the WiFi on my Ellipsis 7, I can find an XFinity WiFi hot spot and connect to it but I can't get to the login page. The page will not load at all. And I can't access it through my Verizon network either. It's telling me my mobile data is off, but when I go to settings to check on that, it says the mobile data is on. How do I get this thing to work?!
I am using that same XFinity WiFi hot spot with my laptop right now, and I can connect to it with my Galaxy S5 phone as well.
