Moto Turbo loses microphone during calls. I can hear. They can't hear me. Better with advanced calling 1.0 off. Also better on speakerphone. Software bug? System 21.44.12.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, jlbrown100. Do you happen to have a case on the phone? If so, when you remove it does it sound better? If not, there is one more thing that we need you to test. When troubleshooting an audio issue its best to test the microphone functionality, since the device does not have a built in audio recorder. Please download Smart Voice Recorder application from Play Store. Record a short audio clip. Test to see if audio is having issues.
