My brother just passed away so his gf gave me his phone and by accident I did the FRP not knowing it would lock me completely out...how do I bypass without the Google verification?
FRP? I believe you are talking about Factory Data Reset or FDR.
The Google Verification that you are seeing is the Kill Switch added by Google. It is to give the owner of the phone additional time to find their device in the event it was stolen. You need to wait 24 hours after the device was FDR'd to get into the device.
