Trying to pay my bill at a Verizon store with cash, forgot what my billing pass code is. They say they can't do the transaction without the 4-5 digit pass code. They said I have a code set up, but can't remember what it is. How do I get a reminder what my billing pass code is? Do I have to reset the code?
The default billing pin is the last four digits of your social security number. If that doesn't work, then you used a different set of numbers.

We want you to be able to make a payment in the store, spectre2250. In order to do this you would need to have your code changed in our system. Please call 800-922-0204 for additional support regarding this.
