Are you trying to connect to a WiFi source to your DNA, or using the mobile Hotspot function on your DNA to connect with other devices?

Oops, sorry about that! I am trying to connect my phone to a Wi-Fi source, but I've misplaced my password to sign in. I can't seem to find any advice on how to either retrieve or reset the password.
On the wifi you are trying to connect to, if it is yours, press the reset button in the back hold it for about 15 seconds, it will reset to factory defaults, which should be located on the sticker on the back of your router.
