Galaxy S5 bluetooth pairing

My Samsung Galaxy S5 will not pair with my Jabra Hands-free device. I have other friends with the same problem. Help!

Let's see what's causing this problem! Has your phone been paired to this bluetooth in the past? Are you able to connect your device to other bluetooth capable device? Do you receive an error message?
