I have an IPhone Xr. I have deleted and cleared all voicemails. But I get the message that my voicemail is 100% full. I have tried to see if there are any voicemails deleted to "replay" them, but there are none available: all seem to be truly deleted. How do I fix this?

We know how important it is to ensure voicemails are able to be left on your phone. Especially messages from your child's school. There was an issue impacting some iPhone users and their voicemail boxes. We have an easy fix to get you back up and running. All you need to do is dial *86 to call into your voicemail. You will then be prompted for your voicemail pin number. Once you have access, you will be able to hear if there are any saved messages. Delete any unneeded messages. Once done, you are all set. Please test by having someone call your phone and attempt to leave a message. Let us know what happens.
