I Purchased a phone through the Verizon Edge program. I received the phone on Friday, May 15, 2015. There was no return label or instructions in my box. I'm supposed to return my old phone within 14 days. I went to the Verizon Corporate Office in Temecula to have someone assist me with activating my phone. The guy who helped me kept saying he was confused whenever I mentioned something to him. I told him how there wasn't a return label or instructions in my phone. His response was " are you sire? I'm confused." He made it seem like I'm had issues. When he was explaining the Verizon cloud to me, he seemed annoyed that I didn't know much about the phone features and demeaning
y stated that I had a lot to learn about my phone. I asked if I could simply return the phone to the store. Again he stated the store wasn't responsible for what people purchase online. He also stated he was confused about me not receiving a return label or shipping instructions in the box. The guy was rude very condescending and borderline a.h. Marc even had the odds its to ask me if I wanted to purchase any accessories from him/store. When hell freezes over.. If I didn't need help with activating my phone, I would have never went to that store.
Please lease help with a return shipping label and instructions so I don't get charged $299.99 for not returning the phone on time. If I get charged, I'm filing a complaint against the better business bureau. It's a promise. Charging customers for not doing something when they fail to provide the customer with the appropriate tools to be compliant with the terms and conditions of the edge program. The company also fails to allpw customers the flexibility of returning phones to the corporate store when a packaging label is not received. Employees are clueless and in Marc's words confused about everything. Training on customer service should be given to Marc at the Temecula store. He should reframe from telling customers that he is confused when he is questioning if the customers knows what he/she speaking about. It was rude. He need re-training.
