Are you referring to the greeting that callers hear when they call you? Are you using Visual Voicemail, or Basic Voicemail where you call to listen to messages?

I was able to get my answer thru Verizon chat. For anyone who needs this info:

Hit *86, then option 4. You will hear an option to change your greeting. First it will play your current message, then will give you an option to re-record a new one.
