How to get a new SIM card

I currently have a samsung galaxy s5 activated on my account, I just got a new oneplus 7t that I am trying to swap it in with. In order to activate the new oneplus 7t, I need to enter my SIM ID, but I do not have a SIM card for the new phone. It says I can order a new SIM card for free, but it only lets me select from my already activated devices. How can I get a new SIM card for my oneplus 7t?
