LG Lucid can't transfer Media to computer

My LG Lucid cannot transfer media to my computer in any mode, such ass MTP, camera, or mass storage. I have redownloaded the drivers several times, made sure every windows file is fine. When in MTP mode, windows says it is downloading the LGE drivers, an always fails. The only thing I can think of is when I tampered with the WpdMtp.dll file, bit I redownloaded it. I have spent days trying to figure this out but nothing has worked.

Install Microsoft media player 11. Install LG OSP software, Install LG USB Drivers. Go control panel, --> device manager, to check if there are driver conflicts.

May I have links please? I cant find Media player 11 and LG OSP

Just some added info, wen I try to install the MTP drivers from the Device Manager, it says "A service installation section in this INF is invalid."

I'm on windows 7
