Where do I find live help chat

Live chat will only appear when it is within their operating hours, and only when there is a representative available.
chat is generally for new purchases not technical assistance.

I am unable to find the "Chat Now" Feature as well. This is a service I use often but for some reason today, the option is not available. Please advise.

I'm sorry that you're not able to get a Live Chat Rep, corky1221. If you are signed into My Verizon, if a rep is available, you will get a pop-up to speak with someone.
