My galaxy note edge just updated, about 15 minutes ago. It looks like I have lost any pictures I had after 2014, and I have lost all my contacts. Is there any possible way I can get any of my information, or pictures back?
contacts should be in gmail.
pics are available if they were saved to a cloud.
i personally use i-cloud.

Software updates are designed to help your phone, not cause issues. I am sorry you had some issues. Let's work on this together. Did you have your photos and contacts backed up through Verizon Cloud? This is an application you would have set up? If you do, you can download and readd all of the missing information.
