I got my new phone and did what it said to do I got everything except my photos and old phone was reset to factory what can I do
Unless you had them backed up to a cloud service, nothing. They are gone. You should make sure they are on the phone before resetting thold one and should always have photos backed up. Google provides free photo cloud storage
