Motorola Razr phone gave msg ALL programs "unavailable" this morning. Tried reboot, then hard reboot about 8x. Will only go to screen with red blinking graphics but not to home pg. Can't use phone AT ALL. Tried live chat for both Verizon

Try this Power off the Phone pull the Sim for 10min press the power button for 20 sec. reinstall the Sim power up the phone see if that gets it going..
