I power up my phone, the LG screenn comes up with Hello but it will not go past the Verizon screen. How can I fix this?

KAOC1212, we certainly understand that getting your phone connected as soon as possible is always a must. We would like to get some more insight as to where on the initial start up screen you are having issues. Can you please elaborate where your device is currently seeing issues? Also, what is the make and model of your device?
