New update on LG G6 added AppFlash on a new page. How do i take this off?

My phone updated this morning. It added a new page, and sliding to that page, it immediately pops up an AppFlash goto window. There is no way to close it. This app does not display in Application list in Settings, so there is no way to remove or disable. I don't want this app, I don't want this new window. How can I remove both?

Sure, right after I ask after an hour of frustration.

Was this always there?

Still doesn't explain how to remove, or why I do not see it under Application list.

But at least my OCD has calmed.
