My ex has been on my account for many years without issue. He has been arrested and is currently jailed for harassing and abusing me. I want to cancel his line as I have no reason to keep it. I understand the device balance will be my responsibility but can I just disconnect his device or will there be additional charges? Is there any options for setting up a payment plan to pay off the $600 left on his device?
