Photos dissappear :(

Every time I take a picture and then go to find it it says that it can't be located. If I take a pic within an app or a video it's fine, just not through my camera app. Can I uninstall that app and redownload it again? Is it my gallery? My SD Card? Help!!

Let's get your camera working right. What phone do you have? Just so I understand correctly, you can take a picture but it is not saving to the phone? How long has this been going on?
