Pin Number

I hope someone can help me. I have an LG G Pad 8.3LTE. Somehow I issued a "command" to ask for my PIN number for every application I click on.

Does anyone know how I can fix?

I can understand how annoying it can be to put your pin number in each time you go into an application Lev1. Are you able to post a pic a picture of what you see? Do you recall any updates when this started? When did it start?
