I just got a new Samsung Stratosphere today and I am attempting to use backup assistant to upload my contacts to my new phone. When I check backup assistant on the website, all my contacts are there. But when I try to use the app on my new Stratosphere to upload my contacts, I get this message: "Service failed. Communication errors. No network coverage."
What does this mean? My phone is connected to my wireless internet, as well as having access to newly activated 4G. I am able to connect to the web, place calls, send texts, etc. :smileysad: What do I need to do to make my backup assistant work?
