REFUNDING UPGRADE

Guys, I upgraded to the iphone 5 the other day, but have changged my mind. I think i will wait for the motorola razr max hd. If i return the iphone within 14 days, will I be able to just hold off on my upgrade until Nov or so? or am i obligated to upgrade my phone? also will the $30 upgrade fee be refunded back to me? anyone pls advise. thanks!

Yes - you go back to being eligible

No - you are not obligated to upgrade.

yes - you should get refund

p.s... you will have 35 restocking fee

IIRC, Oct 24 is the recently announced release date.

Everyone is entitled to change their mind ABSTSX24. Especially when it comes to a great new phone to fit your needs. And mrpearsoy is correct, you can return your iPhone within 14 days and reverse to your previous upgrade date. You'll be refunded your upgrade fee since the upgrade's being returned, but there is a $35.00 Restock Fee for returns.
