How do you get the 2.0 update and install with a reset on the Eris, step by step, please. I am a newbie at all this. Thanks!
You can check to see if it has come to your phone yet.
Try going to settings-->about phone-->system updates
Eris doesn't have 2.0 out yet.... that's not being released until 1st QTR 2010.
