Phone quit working friday. Its the 128 gb and had less than 1 month. Theyre sending a refurbished. Im using old apple 5c w crack screen in the meantime. Just noticed the s6 burning hot. I was going to take out sim in prep for the replacement but cant even touch it. Tech # is closed. Cant take battery out of the phone. Plz help. Also it randomly turns on samsung screen but powers back off before i can do anythinh
