When receiving incoming calls, the screen stays black. If I push the power button, it cuts the caller off.
I would first check the call settings to verify you don't have the option to end the call with the power button turned on.
SteveK53, this definitely seems odd. Our goal is to make sure your phone is working properly at all times. We never want you without it. When did this start? Are you having any other issues with the phone? What type of phone do you have?
