Signal strength in my home

I keep having problems with signal strength in my home. My ERIS continually drops calls or has no signal strength in my home. Another cell phone that we have always has 4 bars in the same home. Does anyone else have this problem?

Dial *228 and then select option 2. It may help with the signal strength. Do it every month or so.
