Stop automatic app installations

I have an LG V60 ThinQ.

It seems every time there is an update, an unwanted app gets installed. They are mostly games with the last one being Facebook, none of which I want. I am never asked if I want to install the app, it just installs after which I have to go through the process to uninstall it. By this time, I have no idea what information the app has pulled from my phone.

I have been through the settings numerous times but cannot seem to find the setting to stop this.

How do I stop these automatic app installs?

No, I have never had any social media apps or games on my phone.

No, it is different apps.

The last incident downloaded multiple (more than eight apps including Facebook TikTok, neither of which I have an account.
