I'm just about fed up with the SAMSUNG GalaxyS3 - and with Verizon - because now matter how many times I try to "fix" the problem of the Gallery App freezing, nothing works... I've done a check of "paper writer?" which was running (this Senior Citizen doesn't even know what that is...), I've re-started the SAMSUNG in "safe" mode, I've shut it down and removed the battery, and I've WASTED valuable time with Verizon support. I know this is a COMMON PROBLEM, and there are many "solutions" on the Internet, but NOTHING seems to work. I'm certainly open to any other suggestions - or, maybe I should change phones, which I would if VERIZON would give me a new one "for free..." As it is, my patience has run out.
