I just got the new Moto- G5 + and it works great except I am not receiving my text messages. I can send them fine but nothing back. Any suggestions?
I took my phone into the Verizon store and they put the sim card in and ported it right there. Turns our that sim card was faulty and that is why it wouldn't receive texts. They are sending me a new one.
Back to my old phone in the mean time.

Did you port your number to Verizon Wireless at the same time or did you activate the phone on an existing line? Prepaid or postpaid account?
