Stopped working a few days ago  = _ spent hours with tech support  with no help  = possible software issue with Kyocera update

I changed back to Basic... Visual voicemail isnt worth the effort.

Here's how to unsubscribe from Visual Voicemail: https://www.verizon.com/support/visual-voice-mail-faqs/. It's number 10 under "Using Visual Voicemail".
