VZMedia pics won't upload to computer

I am trying to upload pictures to our computer from our LG Android phone. The pictures are in folder named VZMedia. When I hook the phone up via the USB to the computer files are uploaded from other folders, but not VZMedia. How do I upload these pictures?

I know the importance of getting those important memories backed up! What model is your LG device? Is your computer automatically recognizing which files to start downloading or are you dragging and dropping the full VZMedia file without success? YaleK_VZW
