What is a good app. For my LG Optimus?
Depends: There are a few that you may already have, such as Hangouts, which most all Androids have or can download if not from the Play Store. Some people use different apps and those apps can't be used together. Tango is another video chat app. Verizon has video messaging and chat, but only with other Verizon customers and only on compatible phones. You might ask all your contacts who video chat about their preference.
