Voicemail issue

When calling vm from another phone, it says my vm has not been set up. When calling from my phone, I get this message: "to hear mailbox prompt in english, press 1." Then says something in spanish. Then, says press1 to confirm change, and * to cancel.

We would love to help clear things up about the voice mail error messages you hear RuthKeith. You will need to set up your voice mail. When you hear the prompts press #1 to start the process to set it up.
